Finn Carew
CO-FOUNDER & INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
Finn has acquired £1.2bn of GDV and raised £400m of capital over an 18-year career across London and Asia. He previously led the investment function at Native Land, and earlier established Hongkong Land's Philippines office as the company's youngest country head — delivering major mixed-use schemes including a 14,000-home development in Cebu. He is a qualified management accountant with a masters in Real Estate from UCEM and an undergraduate degree from Oxford.
Hugh Griffiths
CO-FOUNDER & DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Hugh is a development professional with 20 years' experience and a track record of delivering over 4m sq ft of new and refurbished space across the office and residential sectors. Previously a Principal and Development Director at Henderson Park, he has held senior roles at LBS Properties, Gardiner & Theobald and Campus Living Villages UK. He brings deep delivery experience over the full development lifecycle. Hugh is a member of the RICS with a masters in Construction Project Management from Heriot Watt and an undergraduate degree from Newcastle.
